Origin

WinterFrost develops its exclusive American Wagyu herd by crossing renowned Tajima Kuroge Washu bulls from Japan with carefully selected American cows. All cattle are born and raised in the United States under strict animal welfare standards and premium breeding conditions.  

WinterFrost’s breeding program focuses on harnessing the exceptional genetics of purebred Tajima Black Wagyu to produce beef of superior quality.  

American Wagyu WinterFrost cattle are fed a 100% natural diet of whole grains, free from growth hormones or stimulants.  

Classification  

The Ribeye is taken from the forequarter section, known for its luxurious marbling and fine muscle texture. With MB6-8 marbling, the cut delivers an exquisite balance of tenderness, juiciness, and rich Wagyu flavor as a true reflection of the Tajima Wagyu heritage.
