Origin
Prime Sea's tuna is caught in the Central Vietnamese waters, which have ideal natural conditions with strong ocean currents and an abundant food source.
Each tuna weighs an average of 40–50 kg, with some reaching up to 100 kg, and is caught by offshore vessels. Immediately upon boarding, the fish are gutted (gills and internal organs removed) and flash-chilled to fully preserve their natural flavor and maximum freshness.
