Our fresh vanilla pods from the region of Papua New Guinea, are +6 inches (16cm) long, soft and moist with a minimum moisture content of 30%, and look visually appealing with their dark texture, alot of oil. High in vanillin, it has a sweet, hayy and woody aroma.
