Raised at the renowned Mizusako Farm in Ibusuki, Kagoshima, a mineral-rich and naturally abundant region in southern Kyushu, Satsuma Wagyu exemplifies the finest Japanese Wagyu.
The A5 Wagyu Chuck Roll is cut from the forequarter of the animal, between the 6th and 7th ribs, perpendicular to the dorsal line, and is divided into the chuck (shoulder) and neck portions. This cut is well-marbled, tender, and full of rich flavor, making it ideal for a variety of cooking methods, from grilling to slow braising.

Origin
- Satsuma cattle from Mizusako Farm are raised at one of Japan’s largest family-owned Wagyu farms. Located in Ibusuki, Kagoshima, at the southernmost tip of Kyushu where is a region celebrated for its Wagyu heritage. The farm benefits from an exceptionally rich natural environment and mineral-rich spring water, providing optimal conditions for cattle growth.
